I have been missing from Blogland for so long it is hard to get back into it again! What have I been up to while I was missing? Well let me think!
We had a wonderful Christmas (it seems like an age ago) with lots of family time.
Then I spent the next few weeks putting together a photobook of 2013, which took ages to get looking exactly right, but was worth it as I just love it. This is probably my favourite photo of the Christmas period - My Gran (aged 89) reading a book with Alex (aged 6). The relationship between them is so precious.
Since then I have been stupidly busy at work, and the rain has curtailed outdoors fun, apart from one weekend when Alex and I went out to Burbage edge for some scrambling. As this is a newsy post I thought I would enter it into Annie's smiles (even if I am a little late). I promise to show some recent crafting in my next update!
Love to you all

It's nice to see you back again Caro. And with some lovely photos too. The one of Alex with his great-grandma is one to treasure. Kate x

Good to see you back, Caro! Lovely photos, as always, but the one with Alex with his great grandma is so precious.

Glad to see you back in blogland. I missed you, so it was fun to see what you had been up to. Great way to ease back into posting, too. Happy Friday Smiles (at least it's still Friday in my world).
Ah bless you I wondered where you were, glad you had a good Christmas. I've never attempted a photo book but have seen a couple of amazing examples!
Loving that photo of the two of them reading - so precious!
Also hiding in the rock - amazing stuff.
Hope you have a fab week ahead
