Crafting wise I have made a card following this weeks Sketch and Stash sketch. I have used papers which came from a scrapbooking magazine about 2 years ago, A Penny Black Stickeroo (a gift about 1 year ago), some buttons from my Gran's button box and a ribbon she gave me this weekend. The only new thing on the card is the peel off wording, so this was a great way of using up old stash. The card also fits with the CCC challenge this week which is to use a recipe of three buttons, two papers and one ribbon.
I have also completed a scrapbook layout following this weeks Stuck sketch. The layout is entitled 'The great Parple Game' and uses Bazzil, Doodlebug, Sassafrass lass & American Traditional papers/cardstock, Doodlebug design letter stickers, Papermania swirl stickers and Anitas star stickers. The journalling reads 'Alex has invented a new game which he finds hillarious. The basis of the game is to blow a raspberry against whatever Alex decides e.g. 'Mummy parple wall' or 'Alex parple Daddy hand' which are followed by loud giggles. July '09'.
As usual I would love to know what you think of my crafting. Check back later in the week for photos of our holiday and have a lovely weekend everyone.
