Poor Alex had a big bump this morning.  He fell straight over backwards and cracked his head really hard on the ground...poor little thing.  Fortunately he recovered well after lots of cuddles and had a good day at nursery.  Here he is looking cheekily up the stairs at me!  Just love that cheeky grin.
Crafting wise I have been making some trading cards for various swaps I am involved in.  These first two used distressing inks and crafty individual stamps to make a spring scene so fit with the Crafty cardmakers 'distressing' challenge and kaboodle doodles 'spring' theme.
I also made these ATCs using some new techniques with the distress inks .  The butterflies were masked to retain the white areas, and the dragonflies were made with versamark ink dusted over with mira pigments.  I don't know how well the shimmer shows up on these photos.  As these are distress inks they also count for the Crafty Cardmakers challenge.  Have a great weekend everyone,

don't they frighten the poop out of you these kids? Glad he's ok.

I particularly live the top ones of your ATCs with the flower/bird image - lovely shading.
