We travelled to my Aunt's by train (Alex's first proper train journey) and Alex insisted he had to have a rucksac and pull along case just like Mummy! It was certainly an adventure involving three different trains each way.
We went crabbing at Itchenor Sailing club where my brother caught about 50 crabs to my measly 5!
We also went by boat to the beach where the boys went swimming in the sea, racing down the sand dunes,
and had a picnic lunch
The following day we found a hollow tree to explore
and everyday we got to swim in a friends heated outdoor pool. It really was a wonderful break away (for more photos see previous post!). All in all I have a lot to be grateful for. I hope you all have a nice weekend.
Love
Caro

Oh you look like you've had a fabulous time away, loving the pull along case and ruck sack look! Fabulous.
Hope your coming week is just as much fun!
I adore that photo of your son in the tree hollow. That was priceless, and definitely put a smile on my face.
After a busy weekend I am finally getting to share other Rockettes posts. What a lovely week you had. It looks a great place to stay, and there was family to share it with. How good is that! Well done to Alex for mastering the bike without stabilisers. Hope this week is just as good in its own way! Kate x
