Frustrated apologies (WOYWW)
It is time for another WOYWW, but first an apology. My computer is still not playing ball and I was unable to
comment on many people’s entries last week…I am so sorry and hopefully I will
be able to comment back this week. My
desk this week is covered in books and notes as I am in the process of planning
a prayer evening at church, and choosing the worship songs for it. It is a real
privilege to be able to do this, if somewhat nerve wracking as it is the first
church session I have led in about 15 years.
I have actually managed to do a little crafting in the past
week and made this birthday card for my sister in law who loves cats. It was a quick and simple card to make as it
just involved cutting out a hot off the press paper for the bottom left hand corner and then stamping the words and
the cat.
I am hoping to make a start on my ATCs next week so let me
know in the comments if you would like to swap one with me. Have a great week everyone.
Love
Caro

Ah congrats on the meeting at Church, fingers crossed you pull it together and your computer starts to play ball too! Love the bit of crafting!
Technology is fantastic when it works. Your SIL is going to love that card. Thanks for stopping by #59
She will be delighted with this lovely card. Be encouraged when you 'make a joyful noise'. Have a great week, Chris # 15
Caro, thanks so much for visiting me and commenting, even without a desk to see. I have now managed to upload two pictures after I got back from gallivanting with Margaret.
You seem to have had a really frustrating time with your technology too, we come to rely on it so much and are bereft when we don't have it working.
That card for you sister in law is gorgeous, so simple, but so efective.
I'd love to swap ATC's with you, although I may be a little late sending mine out as we are away on that Wednesday and I will be prepared to send, I may not be near a post office for a day or two after. The canals are not always near anywhere with post offices.
Bless you
Chris
Hello Caro and thank you for your visit and birthday wishes for Graham. He says thank you very much. He's enjoyed his day very much. We were treated to lunch by my D.I.L. and our younger granddaughter came with us. We went back to their house and when Ella was hoe from school and my son from work we sang happy birthday, had cake and he opened his present that was from us all! he was very pleased with it. His celebrations continue on Sat and Sun. Hope the service at church goes well. Great card. Anne x #56
