WOYWW519

Only one week until the 10th anniversary of WOYWW! For more details on what this all means check out the blog of our head desker Julia!
Here is my desk for this week showing a variety of different items that I have been using in my latest project which is something to give everyone who comes to the anniversary crop.  You can see embossing powder and heat fun, eyelets and gadget to set them, a very old and temperamental laminator and various pens and stamps.
As I can't show you my art work I can show you the state of my fingers as I started working on it!  It took several days for the colour to fade and I even had to do an interview with blue hands...
This weekend Alex went on a scouts Expedition, walking 30km over a day and a half, ending with an icecream in Bakewell
where there is a Love Lock Bridge.
I couldn't resist ending this week's post with a Bottom's up picture! Have a great week everyone.. let me know if you would like to swap an ATC with me next week for the 10th anniversary... I have several available to swap!
Love and God Bless,
Caro

The duck's bottom and your blue hands made me laugh out loud just now!! Especially as you had to do an interview as well...did anyone comment?! I never wear gloves when I'm gardening, just as well I don't care about perfectly manicured hands eh?

That was some walking your son did. But what a lovely place to end up - Bakewell is so pretty.
I love your blue hands - I take it you were on the interviewing panel and not being interviewed? Next time treat yourself to a Ranger Scrub It - it really does work to get ink from fingers. Not so much the nails but certainly it is something I would not do without - and they last forever,

Oh so glad it’s a pop up comment box, Caro, struggling commenting on embedded ones on Safari..,
Your fingers look like mine, very rarely I’ve the forethought and wear gloves .. then take off thinking finished but I’m not and get them messy anyway!
Looks too like you’ll be organised in time for the crop. Well done on that.l. And love bottoms up!

Hi Caro, would love to swap with you- we'll swap at the crop, if you like? I can totally recommend Imperial Leather soap for removing ink from your hands. Can't remember who told me about it, but it does a great job. See you in two weeks, Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #15 X

That's some walking! You need a craft scrubby (ranger make them) that'll clean your fingers . Helen #1

I was just about to visit when I saw your comment light up on my blog. I was going to ask you about ICADs, since I saw them on your desk. This will be my 7th or 8th year. I have done it so many years, I've forgotten how long.

You have some great things on your desk this week and I was explaining earlier that I had to mail a package yesterday I had red ink on my fingers. The envelope got "tagged" with red ink. At least I didn't have to go to an interview (grin). Thanks for the visit. Happy WOYWW from #2.

Hi Caro, I think we've all had inky fingers at one point, but I've never had to interview with blue fingers! I do have 2 boxes of disposable gloves, just forget to wear them! Alex certainly trekked some distance, well done to him! Have a lovely week, Heather x #7

Hope your interview went well and the blue fingers didn't hinder you! I've had colored fingers a time or two, also. Makes for interesting conversations.
Love all the love locks! I seen a romantic movie once about them but it supposedly took place in Paris. Cute little butt picture! Made me giggle!
Thanks for popping by and have a great week!

I had to smile about the lingering inky finger stains, it's the mark of a hard working crafter ;) Great arty snap shots of the locks, I take it they are placed in memory of people? Thanks for sharing WoywW Tracey #4
P.S Looks like Mr Bottoms up is busy too hee hee!

Hey up duck as they say in the Potteries. That was the immediate thought on seeing the last photo Caro. Alex did well with his walk. See you in a couple of weeks (with or without blue fingers lol). Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

What a giggle the duck's bottom gave me ... I think it such a funny sight when a duck turns turtle like that and then suddenly appears right side up again and then goes bobbing along. My fingers resemble yours on an almost daily basis but my lot are used to it by now. Not for nothing am I also known as "Great-Aunt GrubbyBee"!!! Thanks for popping by my blog yesterday - was lovely having you visit and I look forward to meeting you again very soon. Love Debbie xXx

Love your inky hands. The first time I put inks into my printer, I got covered and that took weeks to clear. If you fancy another go at parchment, I am bringing my stuff to the Crop. xxx Maggie (Silvercrafter) #22

I love inky fingers! I remember once also having to do an interview with blue fingers! LOL! But I think of it with pride - I am an artist - it's why I have inky fingers! Thanks for your visit and your kind words! Lindart #26

Hi Caro, that's a fun picture of the duck's bottom LOL. Looks like you've been busy getting inky - it's always a bit frustrating not being able to show what we've been working on, isn't it? Thanks for your visit yesterday - yes, I'd love to swap ATCs! If you're on Facebook, we can swap addresses there "behind the scene". If you search my full name, I'll come up - there's no one else with this name LOL! See you next week! zsuzsa #21
