WOYWW 524

Whizzday already!  How did that happen?!  I guess this means it is time for What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday with the queen of desks herself!  Check out Julia's blog  for the details on how to join in.
My desk is really quite tidy as I had finished for the evening when I took this picture and had tidied away all the inks, paints and brushos.  My trusty large mug of tea is empty and ready to be washed up.  The journal page is at that waiting for inspiration to strike stage - I love the colours, just don't know what I want to do with it next!
I did complete the page from last week as a reminder of the crop - the colours reminded me of the banner and the colours that many people were wearing so I went ahead with it using some things from the day and stamps that reflected thoughts from the day.
The other crafting from this week has been index cards as part of the 'Index Card a Day' (ICAD) challenge and I am posting one a day on Instagram.  These are the ones from the past week - I am keeping up with them so far!
I will keep it relatively short and sweet and end with these photos of Alex from the Chesterfield Comic Con at the weekend.
Have a great week everyone.
With love & God Bless,
Caro

Gosh that tree-like figure is HUGE! Was Alex not scared? What a great day out for a youngster.
Love the colour of your journal page - am sure inspiration will arrive for you to complete it - like the thinking behind the Crop one.
Lovely Index Cards, wish I could get into them but I think I just bought the wrong cards and it put me off. Too thin - maybe Gesso would help.
Hugs and God Bless

Lovely page colour awaiting you. It will occur to you, probably in the middle of a meeting or lecture....just try not to shout it out when it does!!!

What a lovely page to remember the special WOYWW anniversary crop, Caro. I love all the gorgeous index cards too, especially the peacock one - although I also adore the music one and the living water one! Oh, I don't know - I just love them all!! Sweet pics of Alex. Thank you for your visit, and I so appreciate your prayers for my PIP application. Having heard today that it's getting even more difficult these days to get a successful application, I think the only way I'm going to succeed is through the Lord!! I'm hanging on and trusting, and it's so reassuring to know there's lots of prayer backup. My finger is certainly getting better but I'll have to keep it covered for some time yet as it's very tender still.

Happy WOYWW and God bless,

The WOYWW crop page is great! I'm sure you have lots of good memories! The blue page will come to you, I'm sure, probably in the middle of the night...I often leave pages like that for while until inspiration hits, it always does! Your ICADs are awesome, great job keeping up! Thanks for your earlier visit, have a great week! Lindart #25

I had to stop by and see your ICADs. Yours are so much better than mine. I am always impressed by what you create.

The spread of the crop is wonderful, too. I was most impressed with both the colors and the layout. Great job, dear. I didn't play this week, so no number, just had to see the ICADs.
