WOYWW 503

Another week has flown by and it is time for What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday (WOYWW), the weekly snoop round each others crafting space.
My photo was actually taken last night as I knew that today my desk would be taken up with marking student exams (I can't show that on the internet) as I worked from home to hide from interruptions.  As it was last night I was working on my bullet journal and had used the stencil and ink and Harry Potter stickers on the page before the one that is on display, and I my little printer (in the white and pink case) was used for the photos.
I haven't had as much time for crafting this week as work and church life have intervened a little but I did make this page from scraps I have had lying around for years.
Needless to say that Alex was delighted with our little bit of snow at the weekend, he was just sad that it all melted so fast. It didn't stop him having a snowball fight with me - just look at that cheeky smile.  Gran is making steady progress and they are hoping to get her home by the end of the week - she is somewhat scared about how she will manage, but unless she tries she will never do it.  Prayers for courage are definitely needed please.
With love and God Bless,
Caro

Thanks for your visit today. By the way, there is only one stencil in the box. The rest are a set of three overlay stamps, a a Groovi plate, and a die, all using the same design. Glad to hear your Nan is improving. Have a good evening. xxx Maggie (Silvercrafter) #18

Love, love, love that journal page Caro. Glad Alex managed a little snowballing, it has all either turned to ice or disappeared too quickly here so far. Hugs and best wishes for your gran. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Hi Caro, I love the page with the Peacocks feather.

I noticed both Poundland and B&M had Harry Potter things in.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Hi Caro, what a gorgeous page, I love the colours and the peacock feather. I personally hate snow but most children enjoy it, someone does have a mischievous glint in his eye!
Have a great week

Evening Caro. That pink and white case is a PRINTER??? Wow! - It's so small... That page with the peacock feather is beautiful 0- well done. Yes, I'm sure your gran is somewhat apprehensive about going home alone - I wish her well. Fantastic shot of your very handsome snowballing young man... he is SO grown up.
Take care. God bless.

Hi Caro and thanks for visiting. You asked re mum - it was a chest infection but I believe they also detected flu but it 'was dealt with' I was told. Apparently she has walked a little further today and eaten a bit more. She still feels nauseous and says she finds it hard to swallow.
Hope your Gran goes home and is able to manage. Not sure when I will be going down that way next. Lovely photo of Alex. Anne x 16

Totally get why gran feels a bit apprehensive, happy to read that it’ll be this week, I’d say that was a great start for recovery. I must say Caro, however old they are, your scraps are really quite superior, they’ve made a lovely page!

Too bad your lovely desk has to be ruined with exams! Yuk! But I love your journal page! Snow is always fun for kids, isn't it! I still remember living in CA, when I was about 5, and it snowed. It lasted for about half the day, and we built a snowman, had snowball fights, and lost a mitten! After all these years and I still remember that one day! Now that I live in Canada, I've had my fill! Thanks for your visit (I just had to save Mittsy from hanging herself on a curtain cord - not sure how many lives she has left!) Lindart #25

The page with the peacock-feather is awesome! YEs, we had a little bit of snow too last week, first time since we moved to the midieval city-centre and it was truly beautiful to see the old streets and houses covered with snow! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day and your comment about my collage... I have loads of magazines and my favourite are 'National Geographic', it takes an afternoon flipping through to find matching images but there's so much to see and find, I love it! Happy ~belated~ woyww. Hug from Holland. Marit #20
