Beaver smiles

There has been plenty to smile about this week so I am definitely entering into Annie's smiles and Rocking your world Friday. At the weekend we went to Coventry to see one of my best friends and while we were there we went to Ryton Gardens for their annual Apple day.  The children were very excited to try different apple types and the freshly squeezed apple juice proved a great hit,
As did the den building – this one had already been built
They just ‘improved’ it a little!
Alex was also really excited this week because he had his enrolment at Beavers.  I must say that he said his Promise beautifully, clearer and loudly without hesitation and you could tell that he meant every word.
Doesn’t he look proud!  That is all from me for now.  Have a great weekend everyone.
Love
Caro

It's apples and apple juice time all over the northern hemisphere, apparently. I like how happy Alex looked while improving on that den. He also looked happy to get the beaver award/enrollment. And yes, he definitely looks proud.

And I can tell that you are proud of him, too! Happy Friday Smiles.

I keep seeing apple pressing on tv... The only problem is I can't smell or taste from this side of the screen!
Congratulations to your little man - he does look chuffed :)

I love freshly squeezed apple juice but how nice for the children to watch it being made.
It seems an awful long time ago that my boys were enrolling in beavers. They didn't even exist for the older ones, but our youngest is in his upper twenties and he certainly was in them as was the next one up. Alex does look very proud and he should. Well done to him. Kate x

Oh I remember those days well, he does look very happy! Well done on that and the apple tasting! English Apples are lovely and because they've not been kept in cold store have all the enzymes which are good for us active - off to buy some British apples me thinks!

Hope you have a great week ahead

Hugs
